This is a great opportunity for those who have light assembly experience or love to work with their hands.

25/hour Choose your schedule:
Monday - Thursday:
Four 10-hour days OR Monday - Friday:
Five 8-hour days with no mandatory weekends Overtime is voluntary and dependant on business needs Climate-controlled work environment One on one training 401k with a 6% match Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays and more! WHAT YOU'LL DO Using hand tools, assemble Residential ERV ventilation units and accessories from the ground up Assure product meets the highest quality standards Identify, suggest and help solve issues/improvements Promote a safe, pleasant and professional work environment Requirements:
Qualified applicants will have:
Some experience using hand tools such as a rivet gun, air drill, screwdriver etc A love for building with your hands Be a positive and professional teammate Be open to personal and team improvement opportunities Required Work Environment/Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to:
See, talk and hear.
Sit and use hands along with fingers, to handle or feel.
Stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Must be able to lift and or move up to 40 lbs.
frequently and 60 lbs.
occasionally.
Specific vision required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
