The ideal candidate will have experience with memory care and availability on all three shifts (AM, PM, and NOC).
We are looking for a compassionate caregiver who has management experience is willing to monitor and mentor our team of caregivers.
Our Staff Coordinator will be an excellent communicator who can think on their feet, solve problems, be a team player, and excel at building personal relationships with our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:
Charting:
Help to maintain accurate and reliable charting across all shifts.
Partner with the Nurse and Shift Leaders to make sure our care staff is consistently and accurately charting.
Mentor when necessary.
Leadership:
Demonstrate excellent caregiving and a team-oriented attitude.
Mentoring:
Develop positive relationships with Homestead Team so that you can provide corrections and accountability as necessary.
Training:
Partner with Nurse and Shift Leaders to develop a training checklist and pathway for our caregivers.
Management Team:
As a part of the Homestead Management Team, you will participate in monthly management meetings.
Strong Attendance with some schedule flexibility Job Type:
