The Production Supervisor is an integral role in RenewAire's ability to manufacture indoor air quality solutions (ERVs) while reducing energy consumption in homes and commerical spaces.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A LEADER:
Lead and supervise all Manufacturing functions owhich include all ERV Residential and Commercial assembly, Core & FSK manufacturing, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Materials, and other future capabilities.
Hire, coach and manage shift personnel daily, forming teams and assigning tasks according to production schedule needs.
Ensure adequate time is spent on shop floor, as workflow requires.
Maintain and improve all shop floor and production processes and procedures, ensuring adequate and appropriate information is available to the production teams.
Act as agent for daily continuous improvement while following the change process.
Create and maintain a high trust culture within production teams.
Collaborate with operations management team to improve communication and effectiveness of the organization.
Develop professional and technical knowledge.
Establish and maintain a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Provide guidance and leadership to second shift production teams by being readily available and accessible to help resolve issues and promote better workflow reflecting Quick Response Manufacturing principles.
Identify and enforce processes required to maximize material availability (PPAF) and minimize parts related white space.
Ensure products are built according to approved Engineering and Production specifications and meet all established quality and safety standards.
Build and inspect units as needed.
Requirements:
WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience is requiredMinimum 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing management experience required to include multi-department and/or plant level responsibilityComputer proficiency required with ability to utilize Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of ERP practicesKnowledge of scheduling practices and capacity analysis (preferred)WHO YOU AREStrong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles along with direct experience applying them in an operational environmentMust have the ability to read and understand engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and other manufacturing instructionsExcellent oral and written communication skillsMust be detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to organize and prioritizeMust have strong leadership skills and the ability to coach, motivate and positively influence others along with experience leading and developing other supervisors and leadersWHAT RENEWAIRE OFFERS401k with a 6% matchMedical, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Holidaysand more!
